    The Diverse Makerspace Culture Workshop begins with interviews of each Stakeholder group and followed by a 2-hour presentation and conversation.

    The Power of EPIC Safety (Emotional, Physical, Intelectual and Cognitive)

    The foundation of any creative environment is safety. Regardless of background, all Stakeholders must be safe to work with each other in your Makerspace.

    We will assess and advise on how to build an intellectually and emotionally safe Makerspace culture that is comfortable with diversity and therefore accepting of all ideas.

    The Power of EPIC Safety Workshop begins with a 1-hour presentation and conversation followed by interviews of Stakeholders and a 3-6 hour Experience Design session.

    Building Community with Unique Events and Initiatives:

    All Makerspaces need creative, engaging social activities that bring together Stakeholders to kickstart collaborative, innovative friendships.

    We will work with you to understand the best formula for designing unique social events and initiatives powered by your unique culture that will get your stakeholders meeting and working together and coming back for more.
